This is the podcast where dog grooming and dog training meet! Each episode is a Lesson by Chrissy Neumyer Smith. There are over 200 Lessons(over 70 hours) on behavior and cooperative care for grooming. You don’t have to start at the beginning—just jump in, pick a topic, and learn something you can use right away. It’s for groomers, trainers, pet owners, and pet pros who want dogs to be calm, comfortable, and cooperative for grooming and other types of care. Asking The Right Questions Ep73

This week we'll be playing around with a made up example of when we aren't asking the right questions. We'll ask "do we need a better bucket?". In the second part, I'll give you a brief introduction to a tool to help figure out behavior problems. Applied Behavior Analysis, Functional Behavior Assesment, and Antecedent, Behavior, Consequence chains. Don't worry! I'll try to make this tool fun and easy.
